The Frazier invites you to journey back in time, and what better place than where it all began! We're teaming up with Evan Williams Bourbon Experience to bring you a night filled with food, fun, and most importantly, Bourbon. The night will take place on our rooftop that overlooks the Ohio River, where Louisville's first Wharf Master, Evan Williams, spent his days managing the riverbank and distilling his famous whiskey.

Artisanal Master Distiller Charlie Downs will be here and he's bringing his 1994 Vintage Evan Williams Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey along for a tasting. Heaven Hill Distillery has reached into their archives to provide a taste of history with this
pre-fire Single Barrel Bourbon! In November of 1996, one of Heaven Hill's warehouses caught fire, which lead to the loss of about 90,000 barrel of whiskey. The 1994 Single Barrel is a relic, from before the fire, one of the largest modern day whiskey disasters in history. The bourbon that you will be tasting was bottled in 2004, aged 10 years to perfection, and is incredibly rare and sought after by collectors. It is not only a time capsule of flavor, but also a chance to relish a Bourbon experience that cannot be repeated. Tickets include a rooftop seat with a view, two additional drinks from the bar, and delicious bites from Wiltshire Pantry. This truly unique experience is a must for Bourbon enthusiasts and history buffs alike!
